Policy

  • Customers will need a $100 deposit  in order to schedule an appointment which will be added to your detail package.

  •  Please remove any personal belongings from vehicles. Lucio’s detailing will not be responsible for missing items.

  • Areas that won't be cleaned are glove box compartments/center consoles unless requested by the customer

  • If a customer cancels the day of appointment they will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee unless the customer wants to reschedule.

  • Customers will receive a full refund of deposit only if we are contacted at least 24 hours prior to canceling.

  • Payment methods available: Zelle, Cash, CashApp, PayPal, and ApplePay

  • Payment will be collected after the service has been completed

  • Before and after pictures will be taken of the vehicles for social media if OK with customer

  • Lucio’s detailing will not remove any car seat covers.

  • Customers must remove baby car seats, booster seats, air fresheners, and any add-on accessories.

  • Bookings with multiple cars require individual deposits and appointments even if for same day
